Massive Fire In CG Ware House Kathmandu

Fire brigades and fire fighters are trying their best to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading.Police and fire brigades have been trying to control the fire but its still on and the whole warehouse is burning,The factory products are still burning into flames.The fire in the two- storey godown that sprawled across 100 ropanies of land began around 6 in the evening.It is reported that the fire has resulted in loss of tens of millions of rupees.

It is said that fire began while Iron welding was carried out  at the godown but still the exact reason of fire is not yet clear.Electronics including thousands of mobile phones, TV sets, DVD's and washing machine etc were stored in the warehouse.The entire building turned into ashes however, no human casualties have been reported yet.Houses nearby the warehouse within 100 meters periphery are affected.It is expected that only 5 % of items are saved.
